Television personality Ryan Seacrest has bought Ellen DeGeneres' $49 million Beverly Hills estate, shown in this Aug. 16, 2008 photo, close to the asking price, TMZ reported. The 2.87 acre-estate has a 9,200 square foot home and three guest homes. DeGeneres and partner Portia De Rossi listed the estate in 2011 before they bought Brad Pitt's former home in Malibu.
