Alec Baldwin tries to maintain his figure for his role on "30 Rock," but when he's around dessert, diet restrictions go out the window. "Everyone in my family knows that I try to eat healthy, and I'm trying to cut back on sugar. So I look at the dessert table at my mother's house and quietly grumble. But then, sure enough, there's always the one thing that is the kryptonite of my dessert life. So I shove the spoon in and eat the chocolate-pudding cake.
