Britney Spears' "Circus" Comes to Town

Thousands of fans lined up Tuesday, Dec. 2, to see Britney Spears perform live on "GMA" under the big top at the Big Apple Circus. Spears was also celebrating her 27th birthday, and she gave her fans a gift by announcing she is kicking off a world tour on March 3 in her home state of Louisiana.
