Marcus Samuelsson's Grilled Corn Orzo
Dig Into This Delicious Side Dish
Do you have your main dish figured out, but you're stumped when it comes to a side? Problem solved, thanks to chef Marcus Samuelsson. Give his deliciously simple corn orzo a try.
Preheat grill. Brush potatoes with olive oil then place on grill along with corn. Grill until potatoes are golden brown and corn kernels begin to blister. Let cool and remove kernels from corn.
Toss corn and potatoes together with cooked orzo and season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle shredded mint and basil over top.
