Are You Being Evicted Due to Foreclosure?

Are you in the process of being evicted due to a foreclosure of your home? Have you received an eviction notice and have days or weeks to leave?

According to a report from RealtyTrac, a record 360,149 homes received a foreclosure filing in July, up 7 percent from the previous month and up 32 percent from a year ago.
